Storyrock is excited to announce its first 3 homebuilders – Shea Homes, David Weekley Homes and Taylor Morrison – who own a combined total of 177 lots. Each of these luxury homebuilders has a tremendous reputation both throughout the Phoenix area and nationally for their high quality homes and innovative designs.
Storyrock is located near 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road in North Scottsdale, a short drive east from Pima Road and Happy Valley Road. The community’s main entrance gates will be located along 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road and Alameda Road.
Locals may be familiar with commonly recognized area landmarks such as Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale or Tom’s Thumb Trailhead (just a short walk from Storyrock).
At completion, Storyrock will span approximately 462 acres. It runs adjacent to 30,000 acres of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and is designed to blend into the environment with over 50% of Storyrock’s acreage dedicated to open space and natural wildlife corridors.
